- The item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- The item is not a final sale product (e.g., certain custom orders, opened power tools, etc.).
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email confirmation) is provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Power tools that have been used or assembled.
- Items purchased through third-party sellers or marketplaces.
- Gift cards or vouchers.
- Products marked as “Final Sale.”
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact Us via email at whitneyjaneedavis@whitneyjd.com or use our website’s contact form with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
- Our customer service team will provide you with instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the item back to us, and we will notify you once the return is processed.
Please Note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.
4. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2 business days.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Provide photos of the damage or defect, along with your order number.
- We will either offer a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference and availability of stock.
7. Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to accommodate your cancellation request.
8. Restocking Fee
